How to get recording of Video call
Hello
I have completed my video call verification at time of account opening and have successfully passed that
Then started selling and after some time they deactivated account and demanding Bill for address verification
I provided Bill and they reject that
But after submitting appeal they again demanded video call verification which I completed on 10th of September
I have answered all questions of agent correctly
Then he asked for Phone number attached to account
I told him that its virtual number because Amazon is not accepting our local phone numbers now a days
He asked me that from where I get that number I told him that one of my friend helped me to get that
This led to failure of my video call verification
Now point lies here that Purchasing Virtual number is not Violating any policy of Amazon and cannot harmful to customers
I have attached this number only to get OTP for logging into account
And why this always happens to legit sellers
Is there any way to get Recording of Video call ?
Or Verification team can review recording ?

The quick answer to this question is no. There is no way to receive your video call recording.

The number itself may not be a concern, but receiving a random number from your "friend" is very concerning. Where did they get it, how do you know what is associated with this number? This could cause an association to another account that's not able to sell on amazon. There's a number of very serious situations that can violate our policies with any virtual information as we can no longer verify who you are in some situations if you're using a virtual number.
Due to the failed video call I cannot guarantee the account will be eligible for reactivation beyond this point. You are welcome to update your account information and provide supporting documentation to request a new video call, but as stated, I cannot guarantee a path forward at this time.
So I can provide more guidance or support, I would ask that you post your original deactivation notice which requested you complete this video call. This will help determine possible next steps.

I have no other option because they do not send OTP on our local Phone numbers
I told him that number was purchased from a well known company selling virtual numbers
But he insisted to ask name which at that time I cannot remember
But later I have asked from my friend

The notification provided appears to only be related to the verification of your identity, and from the concerns mentioned in the video call you had it does appear that due to the number being unverifiable the video call failed. Due to the type of situation you're in, I cannot guarantee the eligibility for reactivation, but I can advise that you will need to update your phone number. Even if we do not accept your phone number, we still do not accept virtual numbers as they are unverifiable. Once updated and accepted, you can provide the mentioned documentation for review.

We may also ask for a bank or credit card statement. We will also require that all information matches the information your seller central account and references the account owners physical address.
