I'm off to a great start selling with Amazon FBA! So great in fact, that the warehouse refused my first shipment saying "package not wanted". How do I find out what happened? Am I out the shipping fee I paid?

There are quite a few reasons this could happen and without a lot of detail about what you shipped and how, difficult to narrow it down.

What was in the shipment?
What carrier did you use?
Did you create a shipping plan?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. I took a look at your account and I can see that it is scheduled to be delivered between 8/1 and 8/7. Who notified you that the warehouse refused the shipment? Was this message from your carrier?

I have EXACTLY the same problem. Did you receive the boxes back? Was there any indication of WHY they were "Not Wanted"?
