Section 3 is just a segment of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement. It allows Amazon to terminate your relationship with Amazon.
Your performance notification message will tell you why under "Why did this Happen", but you probably already know from your post from 3 months ago shows you were suspended for drop shipping from Walmart:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/f54dc1fe-7318-4b41-aad8-33f9e4eede42?postId=f54dc1fe-7318-4b41-aad8-33f9e4eede42
And everyone there already replied to you and explained to you that the only valid appeal for drop shipping violation is to prove (somehow) that Amazon is wrong in their accusation -- prove that you were not drop shipping.

Did you forget that you violated both Amazon"s Seller Code of Conduct and their Drop shipping policy?
Amazon suspended your Canada Marketplace so this would directly affect your USA Account.
When a seller violates both policies, there's no coming back from this.

Congratulations -- from the LONG list of store names under your 'handle' it would appear that your 'friend' is just one of your clients.
I hope they didn't pay you too much for your 'help'.
Dropshipping is probably the MOST difficult thing to come back from currently. Even eBay is kicking you leeches off their site.
For amusement purposes only, find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for. Did it include the 'death sentence' wording or not?
Since it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping were there also IP violations, RA, OR, as a Virtual Assistant did you 'help' them with paperwork and forged documents?
ALSO, post the appeal (if you submitted one) so we can see what you said. SOME appeals actually make things worse rather than better.
