amazon seller app

Amazon camera does not work on my google pixel 8 pro.

1. open up the amazon seller app on phone

2. left corner menu scroll down to product photo studio

3. popup says photo studio cannot save the photo. please check device storage and permissions.

i've given all the permissions to amazon seller app on phone and have even factory reset the phone but the issue still persists so i can only assume it's on amazon to fix the problem because i have no problem using and uploading the actual images from phone but cannot use the camera app in the amazon seller app.

Hey @Seller_C2ES2aKsy50BM, this sounds similar to the issue another seller was having on this thread - I'll drop in below Danny's advice that you can start with!

"I would recommend creating a case with our support team, making sure the screen recording is shared, so they can offer more technical guidance. I imagine the version of the app you are using is the latest one also?"
