Critical Review from Customer Who Bought Counterfeit
Hey!
I recently had multiple attacks by hijackers (by the way, if you're struggling too, I recommend the Amazon Launchpad program! - Apply for Dedicated Offer - this gets other sellers blocked without Transparency (if your brand isn't registered yet)).
Unfortunately, some of the customers managed to buy the counterfeit product from hijackers and later discovered, this was not what they meant to buy. So now there's a critical review on my listing, that was caused due to counterfeit seller (who has now been eliminated through Report a Violation). I need help to contact the customer (I tried through the "Brands - Customer Reviews" page, but it says, that I am not the seller of that product, so it won't let me contact that customer).
I also opened a case about this, explaining that the customer received a fake product and this is why they are unhappy with the experience, but unfortunately Seller Support is not able to contact the customer on behalf of me or help me any other way. I am mostly unhappy, that I have no power to help the customer, explain to them that this is not the product they were supposed to get, and help them get the real product, but at the moment I see now way how to get in touch with them. Is there any way for that? Could you please guide me, on how?
