Request for Account Reinstatement

I hope this post finds you well. I am writing in the forum to seek your assistance regarding our seller account, which has recently been deactivated. We are new sellers on Amazon UK and we previously submitted documents that have failed to pass the KYC verification. We have now found the root cause to our mistake and we would like to have the opportunity to resubmit the correct documents again.

We kindly request your help in reinstating our account so we can verify our identity once again.

We greatly appreciate your support and understanding as we navigate through the initial stages of becoming Amazon sellers. Please let us know if there are any additional documents or information required from our side to facilitate this process.
