I need help to log in to my seller account

I opened my account over 10 years ago and been selling until around Covid. I had some health problems followed by financial problems which prevented me from maintaining my business. Therefore I had to stop all my Amazon activities.

Recently, I have decided to start selling again but gir a while my password didn’t work for my accounts. I have a buyer, seller central, brand registry, and vendor central drop shipping accounts. All were inaccessible. After many tries I reinstated my password and was able to log in to my buyer , and vendor central account. Unfortunately my direct fullfilment was suspended. However when I tried to log in to my seller central account I see that there is no seller account associated with my email which is incorrect.

I need help to retrieve the access to my seller account. I am writing this post from my second Amazon account which was authorized in 10/29/2015, however this account is suspended to sell because my main account is suspended.

I can’t see anything on my main account at all which stops me from posting to the community or get in touch with seller central support. I was able to reach out to ve for central support however they are not able to provide any details on seller central accounts.

Please advise
