It negatively affects your performance metrics when you do not inform FBA Onsite Selling Partner Support of additional days that your site is not in operation.

You will not have assigned ship dates on the following holidays:

  • Carnival
  • Good Friday
  • Tiradentes Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Our Lady of Aparecida
  • All Souls Day
  • Republic Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Day

What do I do if I have to close my warehouse due to weather conditions?

Contact FBA Onsite Selling Partner Support to turn off carrier pick-ups for that day.

What do I do if an employee is not available to work and I cannot handle the usual order volume?

To reduce the capacity for your site for a given date range, contact FBA Onsite Selling Partner Support.
