FBA Onsite customer returns follow the same policy as FBA customer returns. Returns are sent back to the seller and are processed by the seller in the Amazon Customer Return system, where the seller will answer some questions about the returned item. This system, based on the seller’s answer will evaluate the condition of the item.
To see FBA Onsite returns in Seller Central, go to Reports > Fulfillment > and scroll to FBA customer returns.
To move inventory out of FBA Onsite in the WMS, go to Inventory > Adjust Inventory and create a ‘Lost’ adjustment. This removes the product from availability for sale. You should then physically remove the items from your designated FBA Onsite area.
You will contact Seller Support to request reimbursement if items are carrier-damaged
Go to the Reimbursement report in Seller Central to see your reimbursements.
