Change product or cancel unshipped order

Sellers must always ship the order with the exact product that the customer bought.

If a customer requests to cancel or to change the product of an order, they should be instructed to refuse the delivery or to return the package to the seller's facility. The customer will be refunded after the return is processed.

If a seller requests to cancel an order claiming a customer request, this cancellation will reflect on the seller's performance metrics.
