Sometimes, you may receive returned products without RMA inside the package. You must process all your returned products using the C-return tool. We suggest you take the following steps in case you receive a return without RMA:
Returns without RMA, but invoice is available
Find the Order ID on the invoice’s “additional information” section.
Input the Order ID in the RMA field to process the return in the C-return tool.
Returns without RMA, but Amazon’s shipping label is in the box
Find your shipment ID in the barcode at the bottom of the shipping label.
Input the shipment ID in the RMA field to process the return in the C-return tool.
Returns without RMA and without invoice
Find the carrier’s shipping authorization code in the returned package.
Input the shipping authorization code (excluding the last digit) in the RMA field to process the return in the C-return tool (Example: if shipping authorization code is 123456789, input 12345678).
Note: If you are having issues to process a return, please contact Seller Support on Contact Us > Fulfillment by Amazon > Other issue. Don’t forget to include the sender’s information available on the package label or a picture of the label.
