Before listing products with Fulfillment by Amazon, it’s important to know what’s suitable for fulfillment and what isn’t. Be sure to review the Help pages below for additional product requirements and restrictions:
FBA doesn’t accept products that are subject to melting. Any meltable inventory in our fulfillment centers is marked as unfulfillable and disposed of.
“Meltable” refers to heat-sensitive products that are eaten or swallowed, including chocolate, yogurt, gummies, and probiotics. Chocolates, gummies, yogurt-covered items, and probiotics will not be fulfilled through FBA.
Products in fulfillment centers must be able to withstand a minimum temperature of 10 Celsius degrees and a maximum temperature of 50 Celsius degrees during the product’s shelf life without hurting its quality.
Box markings must not show storage temperature requirements unless those requirements are explicitly stated as from 10 to 50 Celsius degrees.
Products requiring refrigeration, air conditioning, or freezing are prohibited year round. Perishable products, including but not limited to, fresh meats, fruits, or vegetables are also prohibited throughout the year.
