Troubleshooting any errors in Schedule pickup

If you use Delivery by Amazon, you need to schedule the pickup of each package in Seller Central. See this page on Processing Delivery by Amazon orders.

Follow these troubleshooting steps if you are facing an error at the time of scheduling a pick up for your Delivery by Amazon orders:

  1. During pickup scheduling, please make sure that weight of the package does not exceed 30,000g (30kg) or longest dimension or length is 100cm.
  2. Re-enter the DBA pickup address by clicking on the Delivery by Amazon tab in Shipping Settings section in Settings . Open the link on "To edit your Delivery By Amazon preferences, including your package pickup location, click here" to see delivery details and edit the address.
  3. Check on the item's HAZMAT status. If the item is under review as a possible dangerous good, you won't be able to schedule your shipment. Read the Dangerous good review process and, if applicable apply for exemption through Manage dangerous goods classification.
