The Amazon Exclusives ProgramThe Amazon Exclusives Program helps eligible sellers merchandise and increase customer awareness of their branded products. Sellers approved to participate in the Amazon Exclusives Program receive enhanced account management services and merchandising and brand support for products that meet the program requirements, in each case as determined by Amazon.
Program RequirementsTo participate in the Amazon Exclusives Program, you must meet the following requirements for each applicable product: (i) be the brand owner of the product, (ii) register your brand through the Amazon Brand Registry, (iii) fulfill the product exclusively using the Fulfillment by Amazon service, and (iv) not sell the product through sales channels other than Amazon marketplace sites, your own branded websites or your physical stores.
FeesIf we approve your Selling on Amazon account for participation in the Amazon Exclusives Program, a 5-percentage-point premium will be added to the Referral Fees described on the Selling on Amazon Fee Schedule for that account. This premium applies to all sales associated with your account.
Additional Terms
We may suspend or terminate any feature of the Amazon Exclusives Program at any time at our discretion. If your participation in the Amazon Exclusives Program is terminated, we will no longer provide you with enhanced merchandising and account support.
